Two-time Olympian, accident survivor and damage prevention advocate Cliff Meidl will share a powerful message on resilience, leadership and safety. Drawing from his personal survival story and decades of experience, he will explore the human impact of safety and the importance of anticipating risk, recognizing hazards and making disciplined decisions before incidents occur.
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the human impact of safety, the importance of 811 and safe digging practices and the role each individual plays in building a stronger safety culture. Cliff will also highlight the value of proactive risk awareness, resilient leadership and team accountability, showing how organizations can turn challenges and adversity into opportunities for meaningful action, stronger decision-making and a stronger safety-first culture.
